On December 16, the public is invited to remember and recognize soldiers who died and honor America’s Armed Forces by helping to place wreaths on 700 graves in Poplar Grove National Cemetery in Dinwiddie County. There will be a brief ceremony at noon, and all participants who wish to help will place wreaths on the graves. There is no parking available at the Cemetery, so please park at Richard Bland College and ride the shuttle over to the Cemetery. Shuttles will be running every 15 minutes beginning at 10:45 am.
