Dinwiddie County is excited to announce the 2023 County Fair. This year’s fair will take place Friday, October 6th – Sunday, October 8th at Virginia Motorsports Park, 8018 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, VA 23841.
The 2023 County Fair will feature live music, variety shows, agricultural exhibits, a carnival midway, fair food, vendors, games, and more! The fair will be open:
• Friday, October 6th from 6pm – 11pm;
• Saturday, October 7th from 11am – 11pm;
• Sunday, October 8th from 1pm – 6pm
Entry into the fair is $10 per carload, and carnival tickets are sold separately. Carnival tickets are available now until the start of fair online, and they will also be sold onsite at the fair. For more information on carnival tickets, please visit our website.
Friday night, the En’Novation Band will take the stage with their lively set of dance music. Carrie Brockwell, a Chesterfield, VA native and American Idol contestant, will take the stage Saturday night. On Sunday, we will celebrate “Faith at the Fair” with gospel performances. There will also be a fireworks display on Friday and Saturday nights.
County Administrator, W. Kevin Massengill shared, “The Dinwiddie Fair is highly anticipated throughout the region, drawing more than 10,000 people over three days. The small-town, family-friendly atmosphere offers something for everyone.”
