Luminaries will be on every gravesite and throughout the event staff will share individual stories of men buried in the cemetery. Taps will be played every 30 minutes in honor of all veterans buried here. There is no parking at the cemetery. All attendees will be shuttled in from the parking lot at Richard Bland College. Shuttles begin at 5 pm and the Program begins at 5:30 pm.
