Tri-Cities Roadrunners and Pamplin Park will host the family-friendly Breakthrough Trail 5K on historic Civil War battlefield trails on the Hart Farm (6915 Duncan Rd). The trails will be a mix of gravel & dirt trails. Costs are less thru October 10 and t-shirt will be guaranteed. Registration Packet pick-up will begin at 7:30 am. All registrations include Pamplin Park admission. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male & female finishers in each category: Youth – 12 & under, 13-17; Adults – 18-29, 30-50, 51 & over. No strollers or children in any type of carrier permitted on the race course.
