A special program for children, who will tour Arrohatteck, a re-created VA Indian community once located on the James River where they will experience the Eastern Woodland Powhatan Indian culture. Hands-on activities and demonstrations will share farming, food preparation, hunting, fishing, and cultural activities. Discover how the Powhatan Indians met their survival needs in 17th century Virginia. This program, offered on Mondays through November, covers several K-5 VA SOLs. ON-LINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
