Presented by Pamplin Historical Park & The National Museum of the Civil War Soldier

In addition to all there is to see and do at Pamplin Park regularly, special activities are planned for July 4th, including an opportunity to meet Patrick Henry and hear him give his “Liberty or Death” speech, the Harken Back String Band will be playing, there will be period baseball demonstrations, period games, and living historians portraying Revolutionary and Civil War soldiers. Be sure to be present for the special ceremony with a color guard and join in on the Pledge of Allegiance, and see the Musket Fire Salute! Everything is free with paid admission and there is plenty of free parking.
