The Hopewell Kiwanis Club is excited to announce the 14th Annual Wine Tasting Festival, taking place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the historic Beacon Theatre on Main Street in Hopewell, Virginia.
This signature event unites residents, visitors, and wine enthusiasts for an afternoon filled with music, community, and exceptional wines, with proceeds benefiting local students through scholarships. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet some of Virginia’s most celebrated wineries and vineyards, learn about the wine-making process, and taste a variety of locally crafted wines. Just five days before Thanksgiving, this is a perfect opportunity to stock up for your holiday gatherings.

Each winery will offer tastings and have bottles available for purchase to enjoy at the festival or to take home. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or a curious newcomer, this event is designed to please every palate.
Live music will be provided by acclaimed Hopewell singer-songwriter Kyle Davis, whose music will be heard on all three floors of the beautifully restored Beacon Theatre. Built in 1928 as a vaudeville and movie theatre, the Beacon offers a unique and historic atmosphere for this special gathering.
