Come join this fascinating Civil War educational caravan driving tour that will include 5 stops across hallowed grounds of this attack, which will include American Battlefield Trust & National Park Service sites. Also included is a very special tour of Historic Blandford Church where you will see the exquisite Tiffany windows. In March, 1865 Gen. Grant had a stranglehold on the Confederate Army at Petersburg; they were out of horses, food & reinforcements. On March 25, Major General John B. Gordon attacked the Union Army at Fort Stedman. Tour registration begins at 8:30 am. Water & snacks will be provided during the tour. An optional lunch afterwards will be at King’s BBQ on S. Crater Road (You pay).
