Come and run by the river in the beautiful Appomattox River Regional Park. It can be a great family day too as there will be a Free Children’s Fun Run at 10 am for children 14 & under. Proceeds from the 5K will support The Friends of the Lower Appomattox River (FOLAR) and Special Olympics. Sign up now; the price goes up after 3/25.
