Come and enjoy a delicious, history-inspired buffet dinner with wine & cider, and the Marquis de Lafayette, portrayed by Charles Wissinger. Toasts and speeches made when he visited here in 1824 will be replicated. During his time here during the British occupation of Petersburg, Lafayette was headquartered in what is now Colonial Heights and fired upon Petersburg. On his return trip in 1824, he apologized for shelling the town.
