Immerse yourself in the city’s heritage and witness a battle re-enactment at the Petersburg National Battlefield as you run through it!
This year, the Petersburg Half Marathon & 5K is excited to serve as the 2024 NIRCA Half Marathon National Championship host race. NIRCA participants WILL NOT be included in the race overall awards category or age group awards for the Petersburg Half Marathon & 5K participants. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to witness alumni from colleges and universities across all NCAA divisions come together for this special event. It’s a unique chance to see representation from institutions nationwide converge in one race.
