What a great Mother’s Day family tradition! Bring the family and enjoy a day in beautiful Fort Clifton Park – 24 acres overlooking the beautiful Appomattox River! In addition to the river views, there will be live music by local favorite bands: Bustin’ Loose on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm and Lost in the Shuffle on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm. There will be wine & beer and all of your favorite foods: burgers, hot dogs, bbq, sausage & peppers, pizza, funnel cakes, ice cream, wonderful homemade baked goods and so much more. The kids will love the rides, inflatables and other activities and there will be very special arts & crafts vendors (100+)! At Saturday’s opening ceremony, you will love hearing the children from Tussing Elementary singing! Admission is FREE and Parking is FREE, but there will be an ATM on site to assist with your shopping from all of those vendors. You will probably want to come BOTH days! 10:30 am – 4:30 pm on Saturday & Sunday.
