This beautiful historic property on the James River in Prince George County comprises 2,200 acres, which was originally part of a land grant in 1616 to Captain John Martin, one of the founders of Jamestown. Included among the buildings are the restored manor house, originally built in 1825, and an overseer’s cottage. There is a conference center consisting of two lodges, secluded by surrounding trees, but with breathtaking river views. Overnight accommodations include 31, single occupancy rooms and 54, double occupancy rooms. There is a large conference room, two smaller breakout rooms, library, two great rooms and a Florida room.
