Presented by Petersburg Area Art League

Tonight kicks off PAAL’s month-long Intercultural Festival, “Celebrating the Diversity of Our Town”, welcoming Ukrainian artist Svetlana Sevostyanchik, who will make a grueling 3-day trip here because as a Patriotic Ukrainian she believes her art can help the struggles of her people. Her artwork is already in the U. S. in a private collection. She previously came to PAAL to show her art in April 2019. The Main Gallery will have her work, as well as art by Joanne Vega Estremeta, retired USAF veteran of Puerto Rican heritage, and Native American special artworks of the late Milly Youngblood. International students from our region and Fort Lee have been invited to attend.
