Enjoy a lovely tea as interpreters in mid-1800s attire explore with you how Christmas was celebrated during the difficult years of the Civil War, with many provisions being unavailable. Stories from many letters that brought cheer from home will be shared. This event will be offered for in-person participation, as well as virtually. Reservations & prepayment are required by December 3rd. Those participating virtually will receive a festive box via mail with holiday-themed tea bags, a Tudor Hall ornament, a sewing ornament kit, a cookie recipe, and a teacup & saucer.
