Volunteers representing Coopers Battery will be offering artillery demonstrations showing how Civil War soldiers fired a 12-pounder Napoleon Cannon. Demonstrations will be held on the hour and the 1/2 hour between 1 pm and 4 pm. Spend a Sunday afternoon at Petersburg National Battlefield Eastern Front – great scenic place to walk, run, ride a bicycle, while taking in the history.
